Notice of the making of a Vesting Order

Section 81 Housing Act 1966 

Compulsory Purchase Order  

27 Corbans Place, Naas, Co. Kildare

Kildare County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the local authority”) in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 81 of the Housing Act, 1966, as applied by Section 10 of the Local Government (No. 2) Act, 1960 (as substituted by Section 86 of the Housing Act, 1966) has made a Vesting Order in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

The effect of this Order is to Vest the said lands in the Local Authority in fee simple free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind (other than any public right of way).

A copy of the Vesting Order and of the map referred to in it may be seen at all reasonable hours of the offices of Kildare County Council, at the address below and on our website at https://kildarecoco.ie/AllServices/Housing/RegenerationandVacanthomes/
