Kildare County Council Announces New Cash Office Opening Hours
Kildare County Council would like to advise the public of updated opening hours for its Cash Office, effective from 1st November 2025. The Cash Office will now be open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.00pm.
Members of the public can continue to make payments for council services through several convenient methods;
- Telephone: Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Please have your account or reference number ready.

- Online: Payments for Housing Rents, Housing Loans and Rates can be made via the Local Authority Payment Portal: https://kildarecoco.ie/YourCouncil/Finance/LocalAuthorityCustomerPortal/

- An Post Payments: Weekly rent payments can be made at your local Post Office, using your Rent Card, available from the Rents team. A Household Budget can also be set up through An Post to facilitate rent deductions.
- Bank Transfer: Please contact the relevant section for bank details.
- By Post: Payments by cheque, bank draft, or postal money order (payable to ‘Kildare County Council’), can be sent to Finance Section, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co Kildare. Please include your account reference and details of the service the payment is for.
Members of the public are encouraged, where possible, to make payments by Debit or Credit Card.
