Kildare County Council Publishes 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report
26th November 2025: Kildare County Council has today published its 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report, which details the percentage difference in average pay between men and women across the organisation, irrespective of roles or levels.
The 2025 report shows a Gender Pay Gap of -0.72% mean and -8.78% median.
In line with national requirements, all employers in Ireland with more than 50 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap data before the end of 2025 and within five months of their reference date. For Kildare County Council and all local authorities, the reference date is 30th June 2025.
Publishing this data helps to reinforce our focus on supporting an open and inclusive workplace at Kildare County Council.
