Kildare County Council, on behalf of David Walsh Civil Engineering Ltd, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it will close the following road on Monday, 25 May 2026 to facilitate reinstatement works for Harris Grain of Churchtown, Athy.

Alternative Routes: Diversion for Northbound traffic - traffic will be diverted around L-4005 and L-8058 where the diversion will end. Diversion for Southbound traffic - traffic will be diverted around L-8058 and L-4005 where the diversion will end. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
